The purpose of this prototype and actions plans:

• Prepare cylindrical prototype for means of reference and testing
• Visit the Igloo Dome to test visual and sound implementation
• Work out the materials and technical set up for the space, making considerations for sustainability, ethical design, and environmental and social impact
• Compare the spaces
• Analyse the spaces for production potential

What do I need to test?

• How will we display our visual experience and sound design with the space?
• Which shape game space will be most functional?
• Which shape game space will be most effective in creating our experience?
• What technology will be required for this build as opposed to the box?

The Design

If we are to use the cylindrical shaped “Safe Space” for our game experience, it will be using the Igloo 6m Cylinder on the Avenue Campus. We intend to visit the 6m cylinder again before the end of phase 4 in order to identify the hardware and software used as well as to test some visual and sound design.
