The game idea:

Our proposed idea for development is a 3D physical space that uses immersive tools to regulate the physical and mental symptoms of overwhelm and stress in the player. I am developing an XE prototype in unity for the means of testing the structure and layout of the space that we are designing for our game experience.

The purpose of this prototype:

We have explored the possibility of using the Igloo Dome for our experience but also have been thinking about how we can build our own space. The Igloo Dome features a 360 degree surround screen that is circular in shape and I am in the process of designing both a cylindrical and cubic game space for the purpose of testing a number of variables.

Dimensions of the space

During our visits the Astrodome, The Astrodome & Visit and the Igloo Dome Igloo 6m Cylinder & Visit, I was able to put myself into the position of the player and imagined how our game experience would be viewed and interacted with inside those different spaces. Both of these spaces were incredibly big in my opinion but that is because they have been designed to be used classes or teams of people.

These were the dimensions of the spaces:
