Today I decided on the four subjects that I am really interested in and want to research.
The process was quite difficult for me which is why it too the week for me to decide. I feel as though there really isn't very much that I am truly interested in, and I find it hard to connect with things. When I do, my interest in that task, topic, or activity rarely last too, which is a problem I had in my first second year project where I fell out of love with the game I was designing. This has caused me some worry when working out which subjects to explore this semester because I need to be entirely sure that it is something that I am not going to get bored of talking about or exploring, and it must provide consistent motivation.
I decided to repeat the workshop tasks we did in class, by myself in my own time so I could freely think with great consideration. I began with just mind-mapping who I thought I was as a person, what I care about and what I really want to achieve.
