What was the initial idea?

The 360 degree space will be customisable at the beginning of the experience by the player, before entering. This will be through the use of an iPad that will allow them to select features that they feel will most benefit them, such as the type of location, the music that will play in the background and mood features. We also considered the application of temperature control.

This idea involves the use of the Igloo Dome but could be adapted to other possible structures that we can build. Its key feature is the element of customisation that would allow for a personal and adaptive experience for every player.

Developed gameplay loop:

Activity/Risk: Interactive with environment in virtual space and use options to customise the space to your own liking in the way that you feel will most benefit the regulation of your emotions and physical body.

Rewards: A customisable space that is accessible on campus/your place of work with options to best help you create a space to regulate and reflect.

Opportunity: Accessible and completely personal experience that can be revisited and made different every time depending on your needs.

How does this benefit the player?
